I agree. A sequel to "When The Levees Broke" is necessary. There has been progress in certain neighborhoods and very little to none in others. I live and own a home in one of them...New Orleans East. 4 years and we still don't have a hospital with emergency services. If needed, travel time is 40 minutes and that does not include traffic.
