I don't think unscripted remarks, such as "Ask not what your country..." and "Have you no sense...," belong on this list. (And their currency as "catchphrases" is debatable anyway.) On the other hand, I was quite surprised to see such glaring omissions as "Beam me up, Scotty!" and "You got some 'splainin' to do," which I hear constantly.
